Easiest Vegetables to Grow

In general, we’ve found that these are the easiest vegetables to grow in our gardens:

  • Leafy Greens (micro greens, chard, kale, mustard, etc.)
  • Beans
  • Tomatoes
  • Basil
  • Root Crops

In general, we’ve found that these crops are are the most difficult:

  • Brussels sprouts
  • Watermelon
  • Sweet corn
  • Potatoes
